RobFit - Exercise

So, I'm told that doing some exercise is healthy, we're just going to have to see about that.
Last year I started doing ballroom dancing again after a break of a few years, and now that I'm starting to look at exercise it turns out that apart from being fun, it burns calories :) Whodathunkit.
For a start each week I'm doing:
- Cycling - 2 x 1 hour rides
- This is one round trip to work (18k odd)
- Dance - 1-2 x 2 hour ballroom
- Note to self - be nice :)
- Running - 3 x half hour jogs
- I'm following the [Couch to 5K running program], from [CoolRunning.com]
- Walking - 30-80 minutes per day
- As much as I can manage, really. Fortunately train stations aren't at every door, so there's a good chunk of walking in my regular travel
- Weights - although it barely counts the way I do them :)
