Haha! It must be a sign of the coming apocalypse when Rob gets fit.

There were two options, either I have to get fit... or die before I get fit. Seeing as I don't have any particular plans to die I thought I'd try option A.

I've adopted a three pronged attack

- Healthy Eating

- Loads of exercise

- The pointy bit that jabs at me if I get slack
