Friday
Alright, I like Fridays too.
Sunlight
While not successfully having a snooze on the train ride in I noticed something. I looked ahead and saw how gloomy the world was before me. To the left and right were brightly lit trees and pleasant landscapes, but straight ahead was the domain of shadows.
Of course, the train was heading east towards the sun. Those trees and buildings were just as brightly lit as anywhere else, I was just looking at them from the wrong side.
How often are we looking at things from the wrong side? How often are we seeing the gloom and taking it as the way the world really is when all we need to do is stop for a moment and look to the side for bright colours and contrast?
Seb's Nonsense Post of the Day
Let's face it, a lot of what Sebastian sends out by e-mail is just plain retarded. He knows it, I know it.
But that doesn't stop it being funny.
RE: Creatonists
- The world is more-or-less good, the world is made of meat, meat is more-or-less good. If you treat the world right, it's pretty damned good, if you treat meat right it's pretty damned good. Vegetarians are unnatural. You can't eat clouds, clouds are bits of brain, probably not a good idea to eat brains (cf Zombies), much better to do as the creator-clones did and chuck 'em around.
